Job Summary

As an Associate II in Securities Services Operations Transformation – Cross Product Change Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business testing analysis for cross-functional projects. You will support transformational global initiatives and contribute to the strategic rollout of automated testing solutions. Working within a collaborative team, you will engage with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Technology. Your expertise will help drive process improvements and ensure high-quality delivery. This is an opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a world-class organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver precise testing estimates during daily scrum meetings to optimize test planning.
  • Document and execute test scenarios, writing scripts using Business Driven Development.
  • Record and evidence testing results in the JIRA tool for transparency and traceability.
  • Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient end-to-end test execution.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups to ensure alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects.
  • Syndicate information to team members for validation prior to implementation.
  • Monitor and report testing defects, managing the re-testing process effectively.
  • Validate and present test results for internal sign-off and stakeholder review.
  • Deputize for the Test Manager in project calls and communications as needed.
  • Engage actively in internal and cross-team initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in functional and regression testing within financial services.
  • Apply proficiency in Agile project delivery and adapt to evolving methodologies.
  • Define requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts with accuracy.
  • Solve complex problems and provide timely, structured solutions.
  • Focus on detail to prevent errors and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and analyze metrics to ensure testing aligns with project objectives.
  • Report program insights using systemic, data-driven approaches.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute actively to program updates and team meetings.
  • Raise concerns confidently and support resolution efforts.
  • Manage change effectively and adapt to dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently.
  • Apply knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, and Xceptor.
  • Conduct bi-weekly forums with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Possess Project or Agile methodology qualification.
  • Demonstrate experience in global custody business.
  • Exhibit leadership in cross-functional project environments.
