Lead technology teams in enhancing operational stability and performance in a top-tier financial firm. As a Technology Support Team member in the EP CCC space, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing a complex IT environment, ensuring the integration of services across multiple applications. You will manage the ingestion of Share Drive Metadata for continual analysis, ensuring security compliance, and providing technical oversight to report on and remediate Share and Home Drive compliance.
