During the programme, you will:
Report to the Lead Supportability Engineer and be responsible to comprehend and deliver a wide range of Supportability Engineering tasks, in order to meet the needs of Integrated Project Teams in winning and delivering their business.
As a Graduate Supportability Engineer, you will
Assist in the analysis, preparation and delivery of Supportability Engineering activities with the main focus being Supportability Analysis. This is to support a variety of projects within the Leonardo company product portfolio across the Luton office. You will contribute to a culture of best practice sharing, turning requirements into supportable solutions.
You will be provided the training and mentoring required to supervise team members and will be provided the opportunities where you can take ownership of work packages; planning and scheduling your own and others work.
What you will bring
All of our roles require (a) a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelors/Integrated Master’s degree, or (b) a higher degree, such as a MSc or PhD.
For the Graduate Supportability Engineer role, the acceptable degrees are:
Aerospace Engineering
Physics
Mathematical Sciences
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Other degrees will be considered.
Security Clearance
This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
