We are looking for a Business Analyst - Programmes & Analysis
Location: Milton Keynes with 2 days a week in the office
Reporting to: Business Architect & Business Analysis Lead
Business Unit: Product Development – Programmes & Analysis
The Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to help define and deliver the future Operating Model for our Customer Operations and Support function, across the people, processes, data and technology that support our customers, so that we can ensure that they will always receive an efficient, high-quality service.
What you’ll be doing
- Working as part of a cross-functional project team to understand, document and assess specific capabilities, processes or journeys
- Using all your skills to identify the key issues, pain points, blockers and waste that are getting in our way
- Facilitating workshops, analysing data to identify themes and trends, and carrying out research to identify options for how we can make improvements – whether through improved processes, better technology, leveraging AI or changing the way our people work
- Working with a cross-functional team of experts to define the future operating model, roadmap and business case for change
- Seeing through the implementation of the roadmap, supporting the delivery teams and providing analysis support throughout
- This could be through helping to select new packaged applications, or defining user stories and acceptance criteria for internal developments, designing new processes or journeys, or understanding the data flows and integrations needed to ensure that our customers and staff have access to the information that they need, when they need it

What you’ll bring to the role
- A history of delivering a high-quality analysis service to your customers, utilising a range of techniques including problem and opportunity analysis, impact assessments, requirements engineering, process and journey mapping and improvement, data modelling and analysis, and solution assessment and design
- Experience of working within both agile and waterfall environments, tailoring your deliverables to the needs of the team or work that you are assigned to
- Experience of working with a range of technology solutions, both packaged SaaS applications and also in-house developed solutions
- Experience of defining and documenting the data requirements for APIs and other integrations
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to see the bigger picture as well as diving into the detail
- Experience of Business Architecture techniques an advantage, especially modelling and assessing Business Capabilities
- Experience of working with AI, especially Agentic AI, an advantage
