What We’re Looking For:
- JavaScript experience
- React experience
- A collaborative mindset, clear communication, and a focus on delivering user value
It’d be great if we could also see:
- Familiarity with TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and state management
- Understanding of Micro Frontends (MFEs)
- Experience testing web applications with tools like Jest, React Testing Library (RTL), Playwright, or Chromatic/Storybook
- Awareness of accessibility principles and how assistive technologies interact with the browser
What your first year might look like:
- Learn our tools, technologies, and development workflows
- Contribute to small features with mentorship and code reviews
- Improve existing code and add tests to ensure stability
- Gradually take ownership of more complex tasks and features
