Primary Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (or Tableau) to support strategic insights
- Data Engineering: Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources, including Snowflake
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations
- Data Integration: Incorporate data from APIs, Azure Data Factory pipelines, and external sources to enhance reporting capabilities
- Automation: Streamline reporting workflows and distribution using tools like Power Automate
- Cloud & Scripting: Utilize Azure services, Snowflake, and Python libraries (e.g., pandas, matplotlib) for data processing and automation
- Data Quality & Governance: Implement cleansing processes, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and pipeline details
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends in data engineering, cloud platforms, and analytics
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for data-related issues

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Power BI (or Tableau)
- Solid proficiency in SQL, with ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
