As AI Change & Adoption Lead, you’ll lead a team tackling real-world challenges with direct impact — from predictive models that anticipate breakdowns to intelligent routing that optimises thousands of roadside patrols and agentic AI that transforms customer service.

Develop and lead change strategies to embed AI tools and behaviours across the organisation.
Partner with senior stakeholders to drive adoption, training, and value realisation.
Champion cultural change through engagement events, storytelling, and community building.
Coach ExCo and senior leaders to role-model AI-enabled behaviours.
Design and deliver re-skilling programmes aligned to the AI transformation.
Monitor adoption metrics and recommend actions to improve uptake and impact.
Proven experience leading large-scale, tech-enabled change programmes in complex organisations.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven transformation.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including C-suite engagement.
Confident public speaker and storyteller with a track record in high-visibility roles.
Skilled in designing and executing cultural and behavioural change initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile product development and digital transformation environments.
