About the Role

We’re supercharged – and this is just the beginning.
The AA is entering a bold new era with AI at the wheel. We’ve built a dedicated AI capability and are looking for passionate pioneers to shape what comes next.

Having recently replatformed onto a modern data stack, we’ve unlocked access to one of the UK’s richest datasets — from detailed vehicle fault histories to real-time connected car telemetry. Now, we’re turning that data into intelligent systems that keep Britain moving.

As AI Change & Adoption Lead, you’ll lead a team tackling real-world challenges with direct impact — from predictive models that anticipate breakdowns to intelligent routing that optimises thousands of roadside patrols and agentic AI that transforms customer service.

This is your chance to be part of something new, exciting, and meaningful.
