As a Senior Project Manager in the Business Banking team, you will be primarily responsible for collaboration with various functional areas across Business Banking (e.g. Product, Digital, Operations, Controls, etc.) and lines of business, to manage project/programs impacting Business Banking initiatives. You will provide leadership oversight and direction for project/program level delivery components and are responsible for communication and transparency for project/program level activities. If you can think strategically, implement with discipline, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various levels within the organization, you’d be a great fit for our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery processes, including dependency management, operationalization and banker communication, delivery feasibility decision-making, and performance reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, Legal-Risk-Compliance-Controls, Sales) to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and align project plans and milestones
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, utilizing forecasting techniques to improve on-time delivery and monitor scope; partner with business stakeholders to maintain program roadmaps
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze current business processes, recommend improvements, and design/document supporting processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and metrics; complete status dashboard reports and scorecard updates; maintain high-quality presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Act as a central point of contact for project status, updates, and issue resolution; ensure project tasks and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked
  • Utilize project and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, Monday, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) to plan, execute, and track progress

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, product delivery, or relevant domain area, within financial services or business banking
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Expertise in project management tools and advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational skills, self-driven, and able to meet challenging project plans and milestones
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and manage project milestones, dependencies, and risks effectively

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Agile Product Development and the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ownership of deliverables, and self-motivation
  • High level of personal initiative, work ethic, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification
