As a Senior Product Associate within the Chase Travel - Advisor Tools team, you will utilize your expertise in product development and optimization to promote innovation and enhancement through user research and metrics analysis. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our products and contribute to our ongoing success. As part of the Advisor Tools team within the Business Services Group, you will focus on developing and optimizing digital solutions to enhance travel advisor workflows and customer interactions. By leveraging user feedback and data-promoten insights, you will aim to improve the efficiency of service delivery, supporting key business metrics such as customer satisfaction and cost reduction. Your strategic efforts will contribute to the continuous improvement and future success of travel advisory services within Chase.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Enhance the advisor experience through “1% improvements” every sprint. 
  • Implement usability enhancements and maintain  high standards in project management tools. 
  • Support strategic planning by analyzing product metrics and writing detailed requirements to guide product development.
  • Develop a strong understanding of user pain points and friction areas within our advisor toolset.
  •  Manage advisor feedback by responding to submissions, categorizing insights, and updating the Usability Enhancements backlog to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support initiatives that improve key metrics – customer NPS/OSAT and cost reduction. Demonstrate quantitative improvements in these metrics annually, linked to product initiatives you supported by publishing 30/60/90 day KPI readouts for all implementations.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 6+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, user story refinement and product delivery activities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on maintaining high standards in Jira governance and quality expectations.
  • Proven ability to maintain a high level of backlog quality through N+2
  • Experience in supporting initiatives that impact key metrics like NPS/OSAT and cost reduction.

Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in roadmap ownership and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or above
  • Good understanding of financial domain
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Customer service and call center application development
