JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the Firmwide Resiliency Office's mission to enhance our firm's ability to respond to diverse threats through a data-promoten, risk-based resiliency program. As part of the Application & Tool Support Team, you'll focus on software testing for critical applications, including automated regression and quality assurance. We seek an inventive Associate in Mumbai to elevate testing excellence with AI-assisted automation and quality initiatives for the ERMA product. This role demands a passion for software testing and innovation, reporting to the Firmwide Resiliency Office India Lead.

Job Summary

As an Associate within the Firmwide Resiliency team, you will be responsible to manage the Product Quality Management Team in Mumbai, you will promote testing excellence through AI-assisted automation, test plan development, and quality improvement initiatives for ERMA (Enterprise Resiliency Management Analytics) product.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manual and automated tests  with a combination of Cypress, Cucumber, and Gherkin tools to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution
  • Use AI to develop assistants and prompts that create testable acceptance criteria, Gherkin & Cypress test scenarios, and release scale test plans
  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand the scope of each release, develop release-level test plans
  • Execute plans during release testing in advance of User UAT to detect & report defects in a timely manner for resolution prior to release
  • Partner with developers & users to understand newly developed functionality so that you can test each new feature & help communicate to users how the produce works with each new release
  • Validate and present Test Results for internal Sign-off 
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product Owners and Technology groups to help drive out defects as early as possible through the development cycle

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrable experience in Software Testing methods for Unit, QA, and UAT
  • Comfortable with Agile, ability to navigate JIRA, including an understanding of JQL
  • Knowledge of change implementation process and/or a background in UAT/QA test execution with related experience in AGILE
  • Experience & familiarity in automation tools and Object-Oriented Programming, including JAVA, Java script, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, or related test tools
  • Experience & familiarity with Generative & Large Language AI models and tools
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and bring tasks to complete closure
  • Should be familiar of running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment 
  • Good verbal/written and inter-personal skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident
  • Ability to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box
  • Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
