We’re seeking a proactive and commercial Contract & Licensing Specialist to join our IT team and support the wider business in managing third-party contracts and licensing for IT solutions. This role will ensure our IT procurement and licensing activities deliver value for money, compliance, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with senior managers to evaluate supplier contracts, review quotations, and manage IT-specific licences.
A key part of the role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, enabling swift resolution of issues and ensuring consistent performance and looking for opportunities to enhance contracts and vendor relationships. You’ll also contribute to budgeting processes, monitor cost commitments, and identify opportunities for negotiation and savings.

What you’ll do:
Manage existing IT licences and act as the single point of contact for vendors regarding pricing, licensing, and contracts.
Oversee day-to-day account management and support senior managers with data and negotiations.
Analyse and report on licensing commitments and costs, highlighting budget concerns and identifying potential savings.
Develop and maintain procedures for licensing and contract management in line with company policy and contribute to policy development.
Monitor compliance with contract principles and procedures.
Represent Jet2.com IT in contract and commercial negotiations as required.
Contribute to the business budgeting process.
Manage and maintain a record of current cost commitments across IT, manage the renewal process and identify opportunities for negotiation.
