Job Summary:
As a Process Engineering Senior Associate in the International Consumer Bank, you will be a seasoned Business Process Analyst. You will design new business processes that shape customer journeys for our digital retail bank. Your expertise in retail banking domains—products, customer service, cards, fraud, and Fincrime—will help us deliver outstanding experiences. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams and play a key role in building the bank of the future.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end business processes and implement recommendations using industry-standard tools such as BPMN 2.0 and DMADV.
- Partner with internal groups and stakeholders to develop, implement, and track process improvements.
- Support operations teams by driving productivity and process enhancements.
- Coordinate project activities across operations, technology, compliance, and legal teams.
- Monitor project status, mitigate risks, escalate issues, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in business process engineering within operations, project/change management, or financial services.
- Proficiency in designing, mapping, and implementing business processes using industry-standard practices and tools.
- Strategic and tactical project/change management experience, including systems implementation and process improvement.
- Consulting experience in business analysis, data gathering, and implementing complex solutions in financial services.
- Process design expertise using BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Strong understanding of project management and quality methodologies.
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to design and map detailed business workflows.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a proactive change agent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build partnerships across teams to deliver results.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, BPMN 2.0 Signavio or Blue Works, and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in digital banking or fintech environments.
- Familiarity with international consumer banking operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services.
- Experience with process automation tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile teams.
- Exposure to customer journey mapping.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects.
