Job Summary

Responsible for leading end-to-end program management, delivery, and governance of complex international programs that drive global expansion. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, advanced program management expertise, and process discipline to ensure successful deployment in accordance with international product and business objectives. Key responsibilities include strategic program planning, facilitating high-impact meetings, tracking action items and milestones, and overseeing implementation of regulatory, tax, and business initiatives—while building comprehensive program plans to foster effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead program strategy, planning, and staged implementation across multiple countries.

  • Drive collaboration to develop and maintain an integrated program plan across cross-functional teams.

  • Facilitate meetings to align stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure progress against objectives.

  • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to maintain program momentum and accountability.

  • Prepare and distribute concise meeting notes and action summaries to keep the team informed and aligned.

  • Analyze and optimize complex processes to support new operating models.

  • Prepare and present program updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • Manage strategic planning for system development, program governance, and internal processes.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.

  • Conduct feasibility assessments and capability gap analyses (e.g., desired vs. attainable outcomes).

  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
