🚀 Business Development Executive
📍 Sheffield City Centre (3 days a week, 2 days from home)

About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving SaaS revenue growth across a defined base of Tes customers and prospects. You’ll own your sales pipeline, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that make a real difference in education.
This is a fast-paced role where success comes from a balance of high-energy outbound activity, inbound lead conversion, and smart relationship-building. You’ll join a collaborative sales team and report into our Head of Software Sales.

âś… Experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of hitting (and beating) targets.

âś… Strong communication skills, confident at handling objections, influencing stakeholders, and building rapport.
âś… Organised and detail-oriented, with accuracy in forecasting and CRM management.
