JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers. Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap. Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability. Lead the execution of complex digital products, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise. Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements. Work closely with the scrum team to drive requirements as the product owner. Drive digital strategy for product, functionality, and experience requiring a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and compliance requirements. Operate as primary interface between Business, Tech, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to drive digital onboarding and KYC solutions to internal and external clients. drive product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management. Operate in a cross-functional environment by managing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and collaborating within a team using the Asana platform. Present ideas on improving the onboarding time and experience to senior management and clients while working with payments onboarding and lifecycle management vendors to keep higher management and stakeholders appraised on product development progress and ideation for the growth revenue opportunities inclusive of integration with LLM for Al based strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Product Associate, Product Manager, Project Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Associate, Product Manager, Project Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Utilizing product strategy and product management to drive API based digital product requirements to perform Client Onboarding for payment products; using the product development life cycle design to drive and deliver the Customer onboarding platform; using data analytics to strategize the needs of the Digital Customer Onboarding platform, understanding and handling the needs from downstream systems interacting with the Digital Customer Onboarding platform through REST API based messaging service and Figma prototypes; Working with API-driven digital platforms involving defining requirements for interaction using REST APIs, understanding API interactions and delivering platform features including digital document collection, state machine management, and journey-driven workflows using the Activiti platform; Using Business Process management process to define functional workflows for each case; Working with REST API based messaging services to capture business requirements to publish messages at defined instances during the functional workflow; using Figma UI prototypes to create interactive visual representations of digital products, enabling designers and teams to simulate user flows, gather stakeholder feedback, and identify usability issues before development; utilizing the SDLC to streamline communication between designers, developers, and clients to reduce misunderstandings, minimize costly rework, and ensure that the final product aligns with user needs and business goals using JIRA; and utilizing Banking Reservoir Intelligence Engine (BRIE) and Tableau to perform Data analysis, reporting, and database management. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: Working with Large Language Model (LLM) to drive AI based feature needs.

Full-Time. Salary:  $151,119 - $151,119 per year.
