Product Manager - Customer Engagement

We're seeking a highly collaborative, curious and passionate Product Manager to join our Customer Engagement Product team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and shaping our customer engagement capabilities across a number of areas including; privacy and tracking, customer retention, customer acquisition and rewards.

This role will play a key part in developing and shaping our customer engagement capabilities across a number of areas including; privacy and tracking, customer retention, customer acquisition and rewards. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and rewarding customer experiences and understand the role of technology in delivering new engagement capabilities.

What you’ll do

  • Translate commercial & marketing goals into platform capabilities—defining what experiences we build, how we personalise them, and how we measure success.
  • Perform thorough product discovery to identify and assess opportunities, with associated measures of success defined.
  • Champion customer-centric building by deeply understanding segment personas, behavioral drivers, customer difficulties, and journeys—using evidence to inform platform decisions.
  • Ensure the product team has clear and measurable OKRs that align to business goals and drive incremental improvement of the product.
  • Work with the Customer Insights teams to gather and manage product feedback through surveys, user research, customer data & analytics tools and experimentation

How you’ll do it

  • Strong knowledge of UK GDPR, PECR, and other relevant UK and EU data protection laws.
  • Experience with cookie consent management (e.g. OneTrust, Cookiebot, TrustArc) and tag management (GTM, Tealium) platforms.
  • Good understanding of web tracking technologies (cookies, tags, trackers) and their impact on privacy compliance.
  • An understanding of the wider Advertising Technology and MarTech space.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-focused Product Management role.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate vision and engage and collaborate with functions across the business (Product colleagues, Engineering, Design, Data Protection and Operations).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay abreast of business and industry trends to build domain knowledge and use it to inform the development of the product and strategy and push boundaries.
