As our new Legal Services Administrator, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll assist in the logging and administration of flight delay claims (EC Regulation 261/2004). Full training is given by our experienced Legal Services team.
As our Legal Services Administrator, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

• You’ll log and acknowledge pre-action letters from solicitors, customers, and regulatory bodies regarding delays claims, and provide other administrative support.
• You’ll be familiar with our Terms and Conditions, legal obligations, and company procedures.
• You’ll provide regular, informative feedback to the business as required.
• You’ll communicate effectively and professionally to our internal and external customers, advisers and suppliers.

• You’ll have excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
• You’ll be able to work accurately under pressure and under tight deadlines.
• You'll use of claims management systems would be useful but is not essential.
