    Experience: 8 - 12 Years

    Job Description

      • Strong Business Analysis experience with exposure to customer journey design, process documentation, and process streamlining.
      • Prefer candidates with Retail Fraud, Credit, and Collections domain experience.
      • Ability to work across business and technology teams to design and improve customer servicing and fraud mitigation journeys.
      • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
      • Prior HSBC experience is preferred.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
