Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Data and Analytics function at the centre of digital transformation across the Air Sector. Working with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and other business areas, you’ll help deliver data-driven solutions that support strategy-making, operational performance and business improvement. Using modern business intelligence tools, data platforms and analytics technologies, you’ll contribute to the development of dashboards, reporting solutions, data models and governed datasets that enable valuable business insights.
Working within an Agile environment, you’ll collaborate with analysts, developers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. The role offers excellent opportunities to develop knowledge in business intelligence, data engineering and analytics technologies, while benefiting from structured training, mentoring and knowledge-sharing within a growing team supporting the future of data-driven strategy making across BAE Systems.

Working across functions including Finance, Procurement and Manufacturing, the team develops data warehouses, governed datasets and reporting capabilities that drive operational performance, innovation and continuous improvement. Combining experience in data engineering, analytics, business evaluation and project delivery, the team plays a key role in advancing digital transformation and helping the business unlock greater value from its data.
