A Lead Business Analyst / Product Owner within the Climate Risk Technology team will lead communication and alignment between Climate Risk Modelling & Analytics teams. Based in London and working closely with local and global stakeholders, the role will deliver regulatory-compliant, data-driven solutions that embed climate risk into the firmâs decision-making and reporting. You will translate UK and EU regulatory requirements (data and technology expectations) and business objectives into clear product roadmaps, prioritised requirements, and acceptance criteria. You will work across users and stakeholders in Risk and Modelling & Analytics to build scalable, auditable capabilities that support capital planning, disclosures, and portfolio steering.
This role is key to enabling the build and maintenance of a robust, scalable infrastructure that operationalises climate risk insights across the firmâremoving manual bottlenecks and embedding risk analytics into core business processes. While an understanding of climate risk data and processes is advantageous, the successful candidate will be analytically strong, intellectually curious, and comfortable ramping quickly across multiple projects and subject areas. This role is not responsible for developing climate models; it is responsible for product ownership and requirements that enable model outputs and data to be operationalised at scale.
