You will play a key role in identifying business challenges, analysing operational requirements, and delivering practical solutions through both automated and non-automated process improvements. The role includes undertaking advanced modelling to support major change programmes and help shape the future direction of the organisation. Working across the Air sector business unit, you will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and military customers, gaining broad exposure and contributing to meaningful operational and organisational improvements across a complex and safety-critical environment.
