As a Senior Product Associate in the Client Onboarding team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Partner across engineering, architecture, business, design, and controls to turn business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
Establish clear rollout to ensure successful launches and ongoing customer adoption.
Champion the product vision and align senior stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication; structure decisions and secure buyâin across regions and lines of business.
Write epics, user stories, and Gherkin acceptance criteria; lead UAT planning and defect triage; prepare product documentation, training materials, and client communications.
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Demonstrated crossâfunctional leadership with engineering, design and controls; strong stakeholder management across senior audiences.
Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills with a dataâdriven approach to prioritization and decisionâmaking; ownership mindset with high autonomy.
Proven track record launching new products/features that achieved measurable business impact (e.g., adoption, cycleâtime reduction, reliability).
