**Join a digital health technology company's engineering team to build the backend services and patient-facing applications behind EHR-integrated care.** ## 1\. Overview A leading digital health technology company is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and build the backend services, distributed systems, and patient-facing applications behind its EHR-integrated care platform. You'll work in TypeScript/Node.js and React, ship microservices on AWS, and help shape technical direction. This is a full-time W-2 employment position with Cincinnatus LLC, based in Seattle, WA, with the opportunity to be placed at a leading healthcare technology company as part of their extended workforce. **Note: this is a hybrid role with two days a week in the Seattle office.** ## 2\. Key Responsibilities - Design and build robust TypeScript/Node.js services for EHR integrations and clinical workflows. - Deploy and operate microservices on AWS using containerization. - Build React/TypeScript provider- and patient-facing interfaces optimized for desktop and mobile. - Develop integrations with patient-education and patient-engagement vendors, including notifications and tracking. - Contribute to code reviews and system-design discussions, balancing quality with startup speed. ## 3\. Core Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of professional experience building production software systems using TypeScript/JavaScript. - Strong computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, OOP design, concurrency, and distributed systems. - RESTful or event-driven API development with Node.js (Nest/Express). - Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript, including mobile and desktop optimization. - Comfort debugging across distributed services and working agilely in a startup environment. - Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident located in the United States; this role is hybrid, with onsite days in Seattle, WA. **Preferred Qualifications** - Healthcare startup or health-data integration background. - High-throughput messaging platform experience. - AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud experience. - Tailwind CSS expertise. **About Cincinnatus LLC:** Cincinnatus LLC is an enterprise staffing company that partners with leading technology companies to source and employ highly skilled professionals for contingent and contract-based opportunities.
