JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Go-To-Market Product Director in Infrastructure Platforms Product Management, you will define and drive the strategy that elevates product management practices across the organization. You will shape how product managers articulate value, engage customers, and deliver measurable outcomes through high-impact go-to-market strategies. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering closely with product teams and senior stakeholders to bridge the gap between product delivery and customer value realization. You will enable product managers to operate as high-caliber practitioners through scalable frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and lead the go-to-market strategy across Infrastructure Platforms to drive product adoption, customer value realization, and measurable business outcomes
  • Establish and scale frameworks, tools, and best practices that enhance product management capabilities across the organization
  • Drive consistency in how product managers position, launch, and measure the success of products and platform capabilities
  • Partner with senior product leaders and stakeholders to align go-to-market strategies with business priorities and customer needs
  • Enable product managers to clearly articulate value propositions and effectively engage internal and external customers
  • Bridge the gap between product development and customer impact by embedding customer-centric thinking into go-to-market execution
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, business, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
  • Monitor and assess product performance, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product positioning, messaging, and delivery to maximize business impact
  • Drive cultural transformation by elevating product management standards and fostering a high-performance, outcome-oriented minds

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or go-to-market leadership roles
  • Proven experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies for complex technology products or platforms
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Experience building and scaling frameworks, tools, or operating models across large organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure product success and inform decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience within financial services or large, highly regulated environments
  • Background in infrastructure platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise-scale systems
  • Experience driving product transformation or product operating model evolution
  • Familiarity with product operations or product enablement functions
  • Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field
  • Recognized thought leader in product management or go-to-market strategy
