A career in Corporate Units sits at the centre of strategic decision-making and delivery. Within this, the Property Asset Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimising a complex property portfolio across the UK and RoI, ensuring alignment to business needs while driving commercial value.
Our UK & RoI property portfolio is vast, comprising some 8000 interests. We occupy 2m sq ft of office space with buildings in all major cities, 200 data centres and industrial premises, 5000 telephone exchanges and many more, and whilst we occupy most of our buildings, we do have a portfolio of properties let to 250 tenants. Our estate will change significantly over the next 10-15 years and our Real Estate team is critical to the delivery of that change.
As a highly experienced Property Asset Manager you will have responsibility for a large property portfolio, delivering BTs property strategy through your work. You will ensure the effective asset management of Group properties, leading the whole process from initial acquisition, management and disposal of our property interests. You will lead a team of Property Managers, developing capability and supporting growth to ensure optimum outcomes.
