What you'll do
As the Brand Proposition Executive at Sainsbury's, you will be at the forefront of developing and driving the brand plans for Sainsbury's and Tu, creating distinctive, bold, and differentiating propositions that elevate our brands and ensure their successful performance. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you will collaborate on strategic questions, gain alignment on brand plans, and leverage insights to inform customer plans and proposition development. Your role will involve crafting propositions that delight customers, align with commercial objectives, and spark creativity within our brand communication and channel teams, utilising real-time insights to anticipate risks and optimise market opportunities. Through your brand strategy expertise and passion for our brands, you will play a crucial role in shaping annual and quarterly customer plans, reflecting brand priorities, and influencing channel plans to drive the success of our brands.
Who you are
As a Brand Proposition Executive for Sainsbury's Brand Planning & Propositions team, you are an inspiring and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand strategy and proposition development, fuelled by a passion for the Sainsbury's and Tu brands. Your ability to balance analytical thinking with creativity allows you to create distinctive and bold propositions that elevate our brands and drive successful performance, while your strong influencing skills and collaborative approach enable you to build relationships with key stakeholders and bring your brand plans to life in a credible and impactful way.
