We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Network Cloud Engineer to join our TSG Production Services team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, resilient network capabilities in public cloud environments. Ensure the networks are robust, scalable, and comply with relevant security and governance standards.
  • Enable continuous monitoring, implement dashboards, metrics, and reporting; track remediation of findings; produce periodic compliance reports and audit artifacts; support authorization and operational readiness reviews as needed.
  • Implement and maintain asset and data inventories across in‑scope cloud subscriptions and resources.
  • Develop and uphold configuration management practices, including baseline configurations and protection of configuration documentation in the cloud.
  • Become the Operations cloud subject matter expert, developing runbooks and troubleshooting guides, and leading knowledge transfer for L1/L2 Operations through training, and support coaching.
  • Support and manage the bank network infrastructure components, including Campus and Transport, Wireless LAN, Data Center, Cloud Network, Extranet/Internet, Remote Access, Firewall, and NAC security. Address faults and failures as they arise, leading root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
  • Production Network Operations Support is responsible for maintaining the enterprise network systems across a broad range of products, including Campus and Transport networks, Wireless LAN, Data Center infrastructure, Cloud Network environments, Extranet/Internet connectivity, Remote Access solutions, Firewall, and Network Access Control (NAC) security.
  • The primary responsibilities include ensuring continuous network availability by quickly addressing technical issues, overseeing network hardware and software, training users, and collaborating with vendors. The team monitors network performance and provides user support to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient connectivity throughout the organization.
  • Hands‑on experience with network engineering/deployment in public cloud environments (preferably Azure), including virtual networks, routing, segmentation, security groups/firewalls, and boundary protections. (Preferable products experience: Cisco ACI, Aviatrix, Palo Alto Firewall)
  • Proficiency with cloud governance and policy tooling to assess and enforce configuration and compliance across customer‑managed resources.
  • Strong background in configuration management, including defining baselines, protecting configuration documentation, and maintaining inventories.
  • Extensive practical experience in network implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts, including weekends and evenings, to support change implementations and incident management.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure deployment and ensuring operational readiness. They will also provide expertise and support after transitioning to Operations once the build phase is complete.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Advanced certifications in infrastructure engineering or related disciplines preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** Typically 6-10 years of experience. **SKILLS
