The Product Owner will lead a team that provides Agile and Earned-Value support functions to SE&V. Team members include the SE&V team’s Scrum Masters, Cost Account Managers (CAM), the RCB coordinator, and the Metrics Analyst. The Product Owner will be accountable for providing consistent Agile delivery, transparent cost performance, efficient talent acquisition, and data-driven insight across the ART. These functions effectively keep the team running smoothly by handling process-level activities while the Systems Engineering teams focus on other technical tasks.

Responsibilities of the Product Owner include:

-Help bring new members up to speed on their respective duties and give charging guidance to direct reports.

-Communicate sprint goals, PI objectives, and any changes in priorities to all Scrum Masters and stakeholders.

-Approve and sign off on earned value reports, recruitment status updates, and metric dashboards before distribution.

-Facilitate cross role coordination meetings (e.g., Scrum Master sync, CAM?Metrics sync) to surface dependencies and impediments.

-Track and report on the team’s success measures (predictability, CV, time to hire, dashboard latency, stakeholder satisfaction).

-Engage other program leaders with SE&V, Finance and Compliance, and leads within other ARTs.

Please Note:

-Work will be performed as a member of an Agile Scrum team under the direction of a Team Lead who reports to the C2BMC Global Systems Engineering Manager.

-Work will be performed in a closed area.

-This position is a 100% in-office position.
