To be successful as a Test Engineer, you should have:
Considerable test design and execution experience, writing clear test plans and test cases, and performing both manual and automated testing to validate features and identify defects
Ample automation skills, with proficiency in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration to create reliable and maintainable test suites
Technical troubleshooting and debugging capabilities, with an understanding of system architecture, ability to read logs, reproduce issues, and collaborate with developers to isolate root causes
Quality focused on communication and collaboration, clearly documenting defects, reporting test results, and coordinating with product, development, and QA teams to prioritize fixes
An analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement, using metrics, risk-based testing, and test data management to enhance coverage and testing efficiency, while adapting to new tools and processes
Other highly valued skills include:
Test automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, building reliable and maintainable test suites
Programming and scripting experience in ReactJS, Node.js, Python, Java, MongoDB, and SQL, creating tests, tools, and test data
CI/CD and DevOps experience using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines
API and backend testing skills with REST and Postman, validating services and contracts
Considerable debugging and root-cause analysis abilities, reproducing issues, reading logs and traces, and collaborating with teams to resolve defects

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
