About the Role We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Codeweavers team, supporting the delivery of software products used across the automotive retail industry. You’ll operate at the heart of delivery—embedded within one to two Scrum teams—owning the backlog, shaping stories, and ensuring sprint outcomes deliver real customer value. Reporting to a Product Manager, you’ll act as the vital bridge between product strategy and execution, making sure teams are always working on the right things, in the right way, at the right time. ?? What You’ll Be Doing Translating epics and features into clear, high-quality user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria Owning and maintaining a prioritised, well-structured backlog aligned to business value and delivery feasibility Leading backlog refinement and contributing actively to all Scrum ceremonies Working closely with engineering and design to validate feasibility, identify dependencies, and remove blockers early Providing real-time clarification and scope decisions during sprints to keep delivery moving Reviewing and accepting completed work through rigorous acceptance testing Partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders to track progress, demonstrate value, and incorporate feedback ? What We’re Looking For You’ll be confident operating in an agile delivery environment and passionate about doing Product Ownership “properly”.
