Job Description:
The Weapons Ordnance Munitions Explosives (WOME) Engineering Manager will support the Head of WOME in undertaking WOME engineering and safety governance, updating and maintaining the WOME Exposition, processes and procedures to demonstrate compliance with the BAE Systems Corporate requirements and meet the UK and Customer Legislative, Regulatory, Standards requirements for weapons & explosives.
The WOME Engineering Manager will ensure that the systems engineering tools are successfully deployed and maintained across the WOME domain with appropriate tailoring as required.

You will work closely with the Head of Engineering on integration topics including LCM governance and WOME People, Processes and Tools. You will interface directly with Project Leads from the BAESSA Functional, Projects, KPCs (Kingdom Partner Companies), BAE Systems Land and other Service Providers/OEMs as detailed in the Solution.
