IAM Controls Analyst

Join us at Barclays as a IAM Control Operator, where you’ll be responsible for running, monitoring, and validating adherence to all Access Management–owned controls, ensuring that each standard is executed reliably and that deviations are quickly identified, escalated, and remediated. To be successful as a IAM Control Operator, you should have:

• Ample Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain knowledge across policies, controls, and best practices.
• Experience in control execution, evidence management, and maintaining audit readiness.
• High attention to detail with ample risk awareness and control discipline.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Experience with large scale MFA rollout and prioritisation.
• Ample cross functional coordination skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory remediation and CEP delivery.
