Job overview and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer (.NET) with strong hands-on expertise in development and cloud technologies. This role requires an individual who can independently drive projects, mentor teams, leverage AI tools, and contribute to architectural decisions while ensuring high-quality delivery and support. Manages and participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design using Agile methodologies
· Serve as technical expert on development projects
· Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
· Support, maintain, and document software functionality
· Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation
· Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
· Manages and participates in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
· Collaborate & lead tech teams consisting of employees & vendor company contractors in planning and execution, serving as a technology leader
· Collaborate with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
Required
· Bachelor's degree
· Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field preferred
· 3+ years of experience in software design and development,
· Experience implementing AWS technologies
· Experience with Cloud Automation Development Tool such as Git, Python/Bash/PowerShell Scripting
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft NET Core, SQL, NoSQL and Design Patterns
· Knowledge of Object-Oriented systems design and Application Development
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
· Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Cognito, route53, Dynamo DB, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway
· Airlines industry experience is a plus
· AWS highly preferred
· Experience with Azure and/or multi-cloud environments
· Knowledge of DevOps, automation, and infrastructure as code
· Experience in enterprise-scale applications
The base pay range for this role is $112,480.00 to $146,540.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
