JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our collaborative environment, where you'll contribute to our strategy and make an impact on product success. Grow your skills, participate in product planning, and define user workflows while working alongside experienced product managers. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and promote innovation in customer experiences.

As a Product Associate in Employee Experience, you'll play a hands-on role in building and scaling personalization capabilities that shape how employees interact with content and resources across every digital touchpoint. Working within a product quad alongside a Product Manager, engineers, UX, and analytics, you'll be the connective tissue between the personalization platform team and the front-end and partner teams who bring those capabilities to life. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build personalization within EX — coordinating across web, mobile, and agentic channels to ensure the right experience reaches the right employee at the right moment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Owns and maintains the personalization map — a living view of how personalization is deployed across each surface and touchpoint, organized by job to be done
  • Coordinates with front-end and partner teams who consume personalization capabilities, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and implementation
  • Supports the Product Manager in identifying new personalization opportunities through user research, discovery, and cross-team feedback
  • Manages and maintains the product backlog, writing clear requirements, epics, and user stories that enable the engineering team to deliver with confidence
  • Actively participates in scrum ceremonies, helping the team plan, prioritize, and deliver against the product roadmap
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new personalization features across web, mobile, and agentic channels
  • Facilitates end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for personalization changes, understanding the impacts on the employee journey and back-end systems
  • Navigates a building-phase environment with curiosity and persistence, helping drive clarity across a landscape of homegrown and vendor-based tools

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience managing a product backlog and working with a scrum team
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across multiple teams and functions to drive alignment
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery
  • Understanding of product testing cycles, requirements, and execution
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Curiosity, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and domains quickly

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Familiarity with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or other personalization and A/B testing tools
  • Experience working with personalization strategies including audience segmentation, content targeting, or rules-based decisioning
  • Exposure to multi-channel product delivery (web, mobile, conversational/agentic)
  • Understanding of Jobs to Be Done or similar outcome-driven frameworks
