Manager, IT Delivery

The Manager, IT Delivery leads a high-performing team responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud-based finance systems that enable Corporate Financial Reporting (CFR) and the Corporate Controller Group (CCG). This role drives delivery of scalable, reliable solutions across ERP and EPM platforms that support critical financial operations, including accounting, financial close, consolidations, and regulatory reporting. This leader will oversee day-to-day delivery, production support, and strategic initiatives aligned to long-term corporate finance transformation goals. The role requires a strong, energized people leader who can provide stability, drive outcomes, and foster an engaging and collaborative team culture. While experience with Oracle Cloud is beneficial, success in this role is primarily driven by leadership capability, delivery excellence, and the ability to quickly learn complex financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery and production support for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms supporting enterprise finance functions
• Manage and develop a team of 6 direct reports and 1 contractor, providing coaching, performance management, and leadership direction
• Partner with Corporate Financial Reporting and Controller teams to translate accounting, financial, and reporting needs into scalable technology solutions
• Oversee systems supporting general ledger, financial close, account reconciliation, tax reporting, and board-level reporting (10Q/10K)
• Drive execution of key initiatives aligned to corporate finance transformation and long-term strategic goals
• Manage backlog, enhancements, and production support activities to ensure system reliability and responsiveness
• Lead Agile delivery practices, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative improvement
• Ensure timely evaluation and implementation of Oracle Cloud monthly and quarterly updates and patches
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor across business and technology teams
• Monitor delivery metrics, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Foster a high-energy, collaborative team environment and provide stability within a team that has experienced leadership transition

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in leadership or IT delivery management roles
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to energize teams, build engagement, and drive results
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions within finance, accounting, or corporate reporting domains
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM (e.g., FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, Narrative Reporting, GL) preferred but not required
• Strong project and delivery management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Familiarity with AWS and Workiva is a plus
