Flexible Working
The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

About the role

This role sits at the centre of the Home Product organisation, providing a clear, joined-up view of how our portfolio evolves across Broadband, TV, Migrations and wider transformation initiatives.

You will bring structure and clarity to a complex, fast-moving environment — ensuring there is a shared understanding of what is changing, when it is happening, and what needs to be in place for it to succeed. This includes identifying dependencies, highlighting risks early and keeping teams aligned on priorities and outcomes.

More than coordination, the role improves how we plan. You will help teams focus on outcomes, linking product activity to customer value and commercial impact. Working across Product, Commercial, Marketing, Service and Insight teams, you will translate complex plans into clear narratives that support better decisions and successful delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain a single, integrated roadmap view across major product changes, including timelines, dependencies and risks
  • Provide forward-looking planning and visibility, ensuring teams are aligned on milestones, trade-offs and readiness
  • Support teams to define success upfront, including customer outcomes, commercial intent and success measures
  • Lead planning and readiness forums, identifying gaps, clarifying ownership and driving aligned decision-making
  • Use customer, market and performance data to inform planning decisions and highlight risks
  • Support post-launch follow-through, ensuring issues are visible, owned and acted upon

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Experience in product planning, product operations, portfolio or transformation roles in a complex organisation
  • Experience delivering clear customer and business outcomes within cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Experience using data, customer insight or performance metrics to inform decisions
  • Experience with roadmaps, launch planning or cross-functional delivery at scale

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Background in telecoms, digital, subscription or customer-led product environments
  • Familiarity with Agile or scaled delivery environments
  • Experience with KPIs, OKRs or product performance frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders
