JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Lead the development and management of advanced payment solutions, including card management platforms, token services, and account updater capabilities. Provide strategic design and thought leadership to drive solutions that meet business requirements. Conduct research to analyze industry trends and ensure products remain competitive and aligned with best practices. Identify solutions that fulfill client needs and comply with global payment brand requirements and regulatory standards. Ensure secure and compliant payment processing across omnichannel and embedded platforms by implementing tokenization and maintaining PCI compliance. Oversee the integration and enhancement of card attributes, wallet payments, and vault functionalities to deliver seamless payment experiences. Design unified API interfaces to streamline client access to token and account update services. Manage embedded finance solutions to improve customer interactions and payment workflows. Expand and modify systems to enhance efficiency and meet evolving business needs. Develop integrated production and inventory control systems and conduct cost analysis. Oversee testing, maintenance, and monitoring of systems, coordinate installations, and troubleshoot malfunctions to restore operations. Collaborate with management to align on system principles and work with data modelers to develop specifications for clients and delivery teams. Lead interface testing and implementation of specifications. Establish metrics to evaluate solution effectiveness and monitor product performance through reporting and stakeholder reviews. Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align on product goals, implement security measures, and drive innovation in payment solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Software Engineer, Technical Associate, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Software Engineer, Technical Associate, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Leading cross-functional product teams to deliver new payment features from concept to launch; Defining product requirements and success metrics; Performing data analysis and monitoring key performance indicators using Python, Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake; Overseeing analytics dashboard development using Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, or Splunk; Implementing global payments compliance across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and LATAM regions; Adhering to PCI DSS, Nacha, US state privacy laws, GDPR, PSD2, PDPA, LGPD, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express rules; Utilizing PCI DSS compliance tools and payment brand portals; Collaborating with engineering teams to leverage cloud platforms including AWS and Azure, microservices, and APIs including RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, GraphQL APIs, and RPC APIs; Optimizing payments using BIN management, network tokenization, and account updater processes using network tokenization platforms and products such as Visa Account Updater and Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater; Managing projects and stakeholder interactions through milestones, agile practices, and deliverables using JIRA; Preparing press releases; Collaborating with legal teams to review client agreements; Creating product flow diagrams and process maps using Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Drawio, or Miro. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: Documenting product concepts and feedback using Confluence.
