As a Product Manager within the Firmwide Core Deposits product team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
The Consumer Deposit Experience Area Product operates in an agile environment supporting all Lines of Business, sitting at the intersection of the product, business and technology. The role will work cross-functionally to drive business outcomes while putting customers front and center.
Job responsibilities
Identifies new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Drive solutions across the organization; working with various lines of businesses, design, legal, operations, finance and agile technology teams to prioritize and deliver the Firmwide Core Deposits book of work
Continuously seek to find a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, while managing the product delivery timeline
Synthesize large amounts of information in order to inform and make decisions quickly, take risks, course-correct and adapt, and constantly iterate on your approach
Manage work in a highly organized, flexible manner, while staying focused on critical scope.
