What You’ll Be Doing You’ll sit at the centre of business, technology, and customer needs—driving product outcomes from idea through to delivery. ? Own the product journey Manage and prioritise the product backlog Translate customer needs into clear, actionable user stories Shape quarterly roadmaps and delivery plans ?? Be the voice of the customer Lead requirements gathering and user journey mapping Support research and discovery to uncover real user problems Ensure your team is always solving the right problems ?? Drive delivery excellence Work closely with development teams to deliver high-value outcomes Lead sprint planning, coordination, and iteration reviews Align priorities across stakeholders and teams ?? Collaborate globally Partner with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and beyond Build strong relationships across international markets Support go-to-market strategies and product launches ?? What Success Looks Like High-quality, customer-focused features delivered at pace A well-managed, clearly prioritised backlog Strong stakeholder alignment and engagement Continuous product improvement driven by insight and data ?? What You’ll Bring ?
