About this role

As a Purchase to Pay Data Analyst within our Global Finance Operations team, you will lead the way in transforming complex data into actionable business insights. We take a customer-centric approach, caring for our partners by ensuring our processes are simple, efficient, and transparent. You will join a collaborative team that values teamwork to deliver high-quality results, helping our global business move fast while maintaining excellence in compliance and reporting.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Interpret P2P data using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports on purchasing and invoice health.
• Develop and implement data collection systems that aim high to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify and interpret trends or patterns within complex Purchase to Pay datasets to drive excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize information needs and simplify complex reporting requirements.
• Maintain data systems while ensuring consistent adherence to global compliance and control standards.
• Communicate findings effectively to guide others in "doing the right thing" across the business.
• Support team members, emphasizing collaboration and helping one another succeed.
• Act on your own initiative to solve problems and generate ideas that help our finance function grow.

What will you bring to the team?

• Strong experience in Computer Science fundamentals and data structures.
• Proven track record as a Data or Business Analyst with a passion for driving excellence through analytics.
• Deep understanding of reporting packages and statistical methodologies applied to business problems.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Workday, and Google/Microsoft applications.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to stay committed to achieving goals in a dynamic environment.
• A focus on developing an understanding of our internal and external partners to improve data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to act responsibly while making a lasting impact.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, always looking to lift each other up and celebrate wins.
