Full-time Be the face and voice of our business We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Receptionist to join our Head Office in Leeds. As the first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors or picks up the phone. If you thrive in a people-focused role and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What you'll be doing Providing a warm, professional front-of-house welcome to all visitors Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently across the business Handling post and deliveries, including sorting, distributing and preparing outgoing mail Ensuring all visitors are correctly registered and issued badges Supporting site security by managing access cards and visitor processes Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to colleagues, clients and suppliers What we’re looking for A confident and friendly communicator with a great telephone manner Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people Someone who can think on their feet and solve problems quickly Highly organised with good attention to detail Previous reception experience is a bonus—but not essential Why join us?
