You'll help create, review, and simulate realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring. Strong candidates understand how international finance deals operate, including Partner-led teams working across PE, M&A, and debt financing workstreams. US bar qualification is a plus.
