We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee solution design, build, and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, guardrails, and best practices.
• Conduct code/design reviews, provide actionable feedback, and ensure performance, maintainability, and security expectations are met.
• Review application performance and operational metrics/analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Own delivery plans, timelines, scope, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure predictable outcomes and on-time delivery.
• Lead delivery in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), supporting ceremonies, backlog readiness, and continuous flow of value.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technology stakeholders, providing clear progress updates, managing risks, and removing blockers.
• Promote a learning culture, run retrospectives with impact, analyse delivery metrics, and implement improvements to ways of working and engineering practices.

To be successful, you will:

• Proven experience as a Pega Delivery Lead (or similar) delivering complex solutions in large organisations, ideally data-driven decisioning programmes.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Pega delivery approaches and tooling (e.g., Pega Express, Pega 24.x), including application design and delivery governance.
• Experience delivering decisioning solutions and working with data platforms/technologies in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and data patterns including ETL, data warehousing, and data lakes.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management to support efficient, reliable delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business outcomes; confident managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
