Lockheed Martin RMS is seeking a Program Quality Engineer Manager for a position based in Moorestown, NJ. The Quality professional will be responsible for leading the S4R programs quality team, shape and execute the quality strategy, satisfy requirements of internal and external stakeholders, and provide functional support for mission success. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensure full implementation of the programs' Quality Plan and lead a cross‑functional QA team (Hardware, Systems & Software, Supplier, and Production Operations) to meet industry standards, contractual obligations, and customer expectations.
- Serve as the single point of contact for S4R Quality Assurance, communicating and flowing‑down requirements to both internal teams and the external supply base.
- Manage the quality‑related financial scope and ensure adequate Quality Engineering, Inspection, and Auditor resources for surveillance activities and upcoming deliverables.
- Analyze performance data (manufacturing and engineering metrics), identify trends and recurring issues, drive root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and escalate major concerns to senior leadership.
- Liaise with MDA, DCMA, functional leadership, and program IPTs on compliance matters, joint events, and process changes, while providing regular updates on quality activities and achievements to support the program’s business rhythm.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven record of driving continuous improvement in a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.

• 8+ years of related experience and a Bachelors degree in STEM or higher or equivalent combined experience/education
• Full-Spectrum Leadership Experience
• Quality experience or related/ equivalent experience in a production environment
• Demonstrated ability of partnering abilities, working with cross-functional teams and external customers
• Knowledge of Quality systems, demonstrated use of standard problem solving, data analysis, and root cause skills
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9102
Working knowledge of MES tools

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
