Job Summary
The Billing Analyst I is responsible for supporting the end-to-end billing and financial operations for Xfinity Communities. This role ensures accurate and timely billing, analyzes data to identify and resolve discrepancies, applies rate events, prepares reports, and audits, and maintains compliance with company policies. The Analyst I partners with internal teams and clients to address billing inquiries, improve processes, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights.

As an Analyst 1, you will play a key role in owning all financial and operational functions for Xfinity Communities, for 4 regions – which may include 6,800 gated communities , while honing in on the Florida Region specifically.
