JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Commercial & Investment Bank Data team as a Vice President – CRM Product Owner and help shape strategic data solutions that power high-profile change programs. You will lead work that improves how core contact data is defined, governed, and adopted across the firm. Job summary 

As a Vice President – CRM Product Owner within the Core Data organization, you will define and deliver strategic core data solutions that enable priority initiatives such as CRM. You will partner with Product Solutions and Program Management to align roadmaps to business needs and delivery priorities. You will build stakeholder trust by translating business use cases into clear data requirements and solution designs. You will demonstrate business value through disciplined scoping, structured decisioning, and results-focused execution. You will work closely with operations and technology partners to drive adoption from onboarding through downstream processing.

The Core Data organization is dedicated to unlocking value through high-quality, compliant core data. The team collaborates with business stakeholders and data operations and technology partners to create durable strategies and scalable solutions. This position is central to strategic programs, with accountability for defining contact data solutions and driving adoption across end-to-end workflows. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where prioritization, clarity, and influence are critical. The role provides a strong platform to deepen product ownership capabilities while delivering outcomes that matter across the Commercial & Investment Bank.

Job responsibilities 

  • Define strategic contact data solutions and designs informed by business use case discovery, aligned to CRM outcomes
  • Gather business requirements across Wholesale businesses and CRM teams; analyze and document inputs into clear deliverables
  • Lead stakeholder working sessions, including preparing and presenting data models, design options, and recommendations
  • Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to deliver solutions aligned to priorities, timelines, and dependencies
  • Support adoption of the strategic core data model from onboarding through downstream business processing
  • Translate conceptual needs into logical data requirements in collaboration with data architecture partners
  • Develop business cases to support prioritization of builds and enhancements and inform investment decisions
  • Contribute to annual planning and budgeting processes, including intake, sizing, and prioritization discussions
  • Track delivery progress and risks, escalating decisions and trade-offs to maintain momentum and clarity
  • Demonstrate business value through measurable outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and adoption metrics

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree and experience delivering technical and/or operational change
  • Knowledge of core data concepts and client onboarding processes
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to present fact-based recommendations clearly and concisely
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple demands under pressure
  • Knowledge of Commercial & Investment Bank businesses
  • Strong relationship management, team leadership, and influencing skills across stakeholder groups
  • Experience in product management and agile delivery disciplines
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing and competing priorities
  • Ability to understand logical data models and partner with data architects to translate needs into models
  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, outcomes-oriented approach

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Proven track record of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management tooling
