We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good grasp of data analysis using Python, experience working with ELT processes, and proficiency in building interactive dashboards and apps using Power BI and Power Apps. This role is perfect for someone who relishes solving real business problems through data, automation, and visualisation.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualise KPIs and support business decisions.
• Create and manage Power Apps solutions for internal process automation and data collection.
• Develop and maintain ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources.
• Write Python scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver triable insights.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity, documentation, and reporting accuracy.
• Continuously explore ways to automate repetitive business tasks and improve workflows.
• Proficient in Python for data wrangling and basic automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI – building reports, data modeling, and DAX.
• Experience with Power Apps for low-code app development.
• Understanding of ELT concepts and tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS, custom Python ELT).
• Strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
• Familiar with relational databases and SQL.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
Knowledge of Power Automate.
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
