We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Process Engineering team. This role location is Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Use existing and emerging technology platforms to design, develop, and document technically detailed applications.
• Write new complex systems involving multiple program levels, design and code programs, and create test transactions.
• Analyze organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems, including requirements gathering and BRD/SRD preparation.
• Develop well-designed, testable, efficient code; analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites; and maintain software functionality and currency.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in software development; experience in securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in UiPath (RPA development), Custom development like API & web/micro serviecs, Workflow Auotmation (preferably Bizagi) & knowledge of Tableau is required.
• Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience developing both front-end and back-end applications.
• Proficiency in application development toolkits and coding languages such as C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, and JavaScript; knowledge of application frameworks and containerization.
• Experience with cross-platform interoperability, troubleshooting hardware/software/communications malfunctions, and understanding business impact of technical resolutions.
