Manager FP&A

It is IC Finance Business partnering role where you will work closely with respective business team, on pricing, cost, opportunities, funnel, conversion, commercials, ecomm, tracking, Inventory planning, orders and projects acting as a valued and trusted business partner to the Sr. Director Finance and concern business organisation.

You will be responsible for period closing reporting, annual operating plan and strategic long-term vision of the respective business.

 This role will be based at Waters Peenya office, Bangalore and follow a hybrid model work approach.

• Oversee backlog, orders, sales, margin to draw forward-looking conclusions and forecasts 
• Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Assists in the preparation of the monthly forecast and Monthly Business Review for all functional areas of the business
• Business Insights and Reviews Prep: Participates in the QBR prep, annual strategic planning and budgeting processes including establishing assumptions, spreadsheet modelling, consolidation, analysis and presentation preparation.
• Updates cost and expense trend reports, and analyses variations ensuring alignment with the forecast.
• Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior management decisions. Advising on key business planning assumption and trade offs and opportunities.
• take best use of available system SAP, BI, AI and other digital to streamline business reporting and access of data to concerns in business
• Adhoc special assignments as assigned by Finance head
• Presentation: Development of executive level presentations, including monthly and quarterly financial reviews, annual operating plans, and other various reviews

• Chartered Accountant Or MBA with 7+ years of relevant experience within the scientific instrumentation or technology company is added advantage

• Commerce Background 
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools. Proficiency in Excel, SAP, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Carries a broad global perspective of markets, tech, and trends
