Job responsibilities:
o Define creative solutions for business problems, holistically addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
o Define the architectural roadmaps for systems and business services
o Effectively describe solutions using industry standard modelling notations
o Define and document standards and guidelines to direct the solution delivery
o Ensure that the finished product conforms to the architectural principles and standards
o Provide architectural and technical leadership
o Contribute to the practice development through thought leadership and development of innovative services and offerings
o Participate in business development activities, bids and development of innovative offerings
o Participate in thought leadership about Architecture and Digital Transformation.
o You will be expected to manage small teams within the CTO function delivering to clients.
The successful candidate will have:
o Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions across infrastructure and applications.
o Demonstrable knowledge of networking, physical infrastructure, data centers, and platform services.
o Knowledge of solution architecture principles, design patterns, and Architecture modelling tools.
o Good knowledge of integration techniques, architecture patterns and non-functional drivers
o Hands-on technical background, preferably from systems engineering with experience of infrastructure architecture.
o Familiarity with major cloud technologies, working experience of at least one major provider.
o Strong experience of leading development teams from a design and technical basis
o Quality Assurance skills to assess the quality and completeness of deliverables
o Knowledge and demonstrable experience of both traditional and agile delivery methods
o Ability to understand and challenge designs
o Have Sovereign experience

o Analysing and evaluating information
o Using information gathered to present solutions and reach decisions
